ACTIVATED AT NBA ALL-STAR WEEK

CHALLENGE:

NBA All-Star Weekend is the place to be for basketball fans. But the brand pop-ups and activations aren't always inclusive to kids. How do we bring Nike Playlist to All-Star week with an activation that caters to kids and drives Nike app downloads for parents?

SOLUTION: 

We brought our show to life over the course of a 3-day activation. By requiring sign-up through the app, we guaranteed app downloads. Once inside, kids were kitted out with jerseys and the latest Nike Basketball and set loose to explore the world of Playlist. They could challenge a friend to a 60-Second Hang, play in the SportsLab, or even catch the taping of an upcoming episode. On our final day, we filmed Nike's first-ever live scripted programming - a 30 minute live show, which aired on Nike's YouTube channel, featured Scottie Pippen, Sky Katz, Ben Simmons and Josh Okogie.
